Margo will be getting out of dodge for the weekend and so we wanted to update you on the schedule changes and substitutions for the weekend!
Saturday's Vessel Basics is CANCELLED, sorry for any inconvenience and Diana will be back next weekend!

Friday Noon the lovely Brandy Lachapelle will be subbing for Margo.
Friday Vessel Relax is as planned with the talented Veronica who will ALSO be subbing for Diana on Sunday at 3:30 for Vin & Yin!
Saturday 9:15 Vessel Flow 1 & 10:30 Vessel Flow 2 as well as Sunday 11:00 Vessel Flow 2 will be taught by our returning guest teacher Shannon Connel! Trained in Ashtanga and former studio owner in NYC this lady will knock your socks off with some serious breath work and killer bandhas!
