Vessel Flow 1:
An efficient 60 minute flow designed for all levels with some yoga experience practicing at “their own” level comfortably.
Vessel Flow 2:
A 90 minute class designed for the intermediate or experience practitioner looking to expand their practice and learn more advanced postures. Not for the “brand new” beginners but open to those who have experience and are willing to try humbly.
Vessel Flow Basics:
A 60 minute beginner practice that moves slower then regular Vinyasa but still challenges the student and breaks down specific poses to improve the level of practice and prepare you to move onto regular Vinyasa.
Vessel Relax:
An all restorative 75 minute Yin based practice designed to do deep hip, shoulder, and back opening movements, not a flow class, meaning this is not a “workout” but still a challenging practice because we hold poses longer intended to stretch deeper. Open to ALL LEVELS, more mentally challenging than physically at times.
Vessel Vin&Yin:
A 90 minute best of both worlds practice designed to get rid of the weekend and start the week right practice designed to flow (vinyasa) for 45 minutes and restore (yin) for 45 minutes. A great way to close the weekend and start the week off right!
